TOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MotoDreamer ApS, is in its function as Tour Provider legally registered with the Danish Authorities CVR 45204774 operating as MotoDreamer Motorcycle Tours, hereafter referred to as (“MD”) for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions.
With submission of your online tour registration form and payment of your booking deposit, you agree that you have read and accepted all Terms and Conditions of this agreement as a binding contract between MD and you, hereafter referred to as the (“Participant”) for the purpose of this document.
In addition, MD requires a duly signed Rental Motorcycle Agreement to be provided by MD for all Tours and a Medical Questionnaire. If you are joining a tour using rental motorcycles provide by MD you will also be bound by the RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS from MD, in certain destinations 3rd party rental partners will provide the rental motorcycle and slightly different terms and conditions might apply. Full rental conditions will be provided depending on the tour destination chosen.
1. PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT
To govern the agreement between MD and the tour services offered to the Participant.
2. RESERVATION, DEPOSIT AND BALANCE
- Registration form – Submitting an online registration form does not confirm availability, nor reservation.
- Deposit – A deposit is required to establish and hold a reservation. The non-refundable booking deposit is $999 USD for riders and $499 for passengers. This deposit is applied towards your balance.
- Balance – The tour balance is to be paid no later than 60 days prior to Tour start, unless specified otherwise in the tour’s description on our website. The balance payment is non-refundable. Tours with unpaid balances inside of 60 days can be canceled by MD with no refund of the deposit.
- Protect your deposit and balance – If you would like to protect your deposit and balance payments, as well as other travel plans, please consider trip cancellation and travel insurance from Global Rescue, through your credit card or a third party.

4. RENTAL MOTORCYCLE AND UPGRADES
The Participant is subject to the MD RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS when using one of the MD rental motorcycles on a tour.
In certain destinations 3rd party rental partners will provide the rental motorcycle and slightly different terms and conditions might apply. Full disclosure of 3rd party rental terms and conditions will be provided depending on the tour destination chosen.
Motorcycles available and upgrade fees depend on the tour destination. Please check details and rates on the specific tour page on www.MotoDreamer.com.
All Tours are listed with a shared room included. If a Participant is traveling solo, we will attempt to find a suitable roommate for the Participant. In the case this proves impossible, a single room upgrade will be charged. We do not mix gender in shared rooms unless specifically requested by travel companions.
5. PERSONAL PAPERWORK, TRAVEL PERMITS AND VISAS
The participant is responsible for complying with passport and visa regulations in each destination visited and takes full responsibility for consequences resulting from non-compliance. MD will attempt to advise best we can, but we do not know the exact and ever changing details, regulations, restrictions and requirements for each nationality to each country visited on the tours. A good initial research to learn what visas might be needed can be done on www.visaHQ.com.
6. SUPPORT VEHICLE AND PASSENGER
On all tours with 5 or more riders confirmed, we include a support vehicle with the capacity to carry one large bag weighing maximum 23 kg per Participant, and passenger. Please strive to only use soft weather resistant bags when traveling.
We welcome passengers/pillions on most of the tours and it is possible to switch between the motorcycle and the support vehicle when needed. Injured or sick Participants always have priority in the support vehicle.
For private tours with less that 5 confirmed riders in the group luggage systems to carry belongings will be provided free of charge. A support vehicle can be added for an additional fee from every Participant.
7. LUGGAGE
MD assumes no responsibility for loss, damage or delay in delivering luggage to tour Participants on tour. Due to weather and road conditions the support vehicle can get delayed. Luggage turned over to MD for transport each day is done so at the Participant’s own risk. Luggage insurance is recommended. Participants might have to pass customs with their own luggage on border crossings.
8. WEATHER CONDITIONS
Each destination is different and the weather differs a lot depending on the seasons. MD attempt to always plan tours when the weather is supposed to be at its best in each part of the world. MD cannot be held liable for unpleasant or unsuitable weather conditions that occur during a tour and no refunds or adjustments to the tour price will be made for such conditions.
9. CHANGES TO SCHEDULE AND ITINERARY
MD strive to deliver our premium tours precisely as described on our website, but itinerary may change without further noticed to weather, road- or any other conditions that MD or its guides feel will jeopardize the safety of the group or material. In some instances that could mean changes to the schedule originally published and require a change in accommodation arrangements. No refunds or adjustments to the tour price will be made for such conditions.
10. CHANGE TO TOUR COST
The price of the tours are quoted bases on the costs in effect at the time the quotation is given. If cost factors such as currency fluctuations, insurance costs, or the cost of accommodations or motorcycle rental dictate the need for an increase in the price of the tour, MD may modify the price at any time prior to 60 days before departure. If a customer is not satisfied with such an increase, the customer may cancel the reservation and the entire deposit will be promptly refunded.
11. HEALTH AND BEHAVIOUR
Riding a motorcycle for many days back to back in a hectic 3rd world countries can be strenuous mentally and physically and demands that the Participant is fit and with good health. MD require that every Participant is fit and able to ride a motorcycle and we expect everyone to fill out the Medical Questionnaire with honest answers in order for our tour leaders to be informed and attentive with any special needs like medicine, nutritive requirements, pre-existing conditions etc. that the Participant might have.
MD also reserves the right to cancel a Participant’s continued participation on a tour if the Participant becomes disruptive or putting themselves or others in harm’s way. No refund or credit will be issued after such a decision.
12. INSURANCE
The participant is required to take out adequate medical and evacuation insurance and present proof hereof. MD furthermore recommend that the Participant take out travel insurance, as well as trip cancellation and interruption insurance. We recommend the services provided in a Global Rescue Membership (Available from Global Rescue)
13. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Deposit and balance payments are non-refundable. In certain cases funds can be transferred to a rescheduled date. Such decisions are assessed on an individual basis.

If a reschedule request is approved the deposit will be credited towards a new booking, minus a $150 USD rescheduling fee.
Credits expire one year after being issued.
Reschedule requests initiated by the Participant with less than 60 days notice are not accepted and the deposit and balance payment are forfeited as cancellation fee.
Cancellation during or cutting a tour short will not result in any refund or credit.
Extreme situations may arise where it is necessary for MD to advance or postpone a scheduled tour. In that event, MD do not assume responsibility for any resulting losses, expenses or inconvenience. This includes, but is not limited too, airline tickets, hotel reservations, activities or automobile rentals.
MD is not responsible for a participant’s inability to attend a tour no matter the circumstance presented. No exception to this policy will be made for any reason.
Trip cancellation or interruption insurance is strongly recommended to protect your deposit and balance payments as well as other travel plans.
14. PHOTO AND VIDEO MATERIAL
Photos and videos produced by MD or its representatives during a tour are the property of MD and copyrights remain with MD. MD can use this material for promotional and advertising purposes, including images in which individual participants can be recognized, without any charge for the use of this material.
15. ACCEPTANCE
I have read and accept the terms and conditions of MD. I’m aware of the risks involved in riding a motorcycle and that traffic conditions, roads, weather and other conditions as well as the actions of other riders can influence and magnify the risks. I accept these risks.
Furthermore, I agree and understand that MD is not the guardian of my safety and they, individually or collectively, cannot be held liable in any way for any occurrence in connection with the operation or my participation in connection with any tour or rental, which might result in injury, death or other damage to me, my property, or my family, heirs, assigns, or others.
16. GOVERNANT LAW
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the internal laws (exclusive of the choice of law provisions thereof) of Denmark as to all matters. Any action between the parties hereto shall only be brought in the Courts in Denmark and not in any other jurisdiction and the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the non-prevailing party its reasonable fees and costs.
